How much does it cost to sell?

We work on a commission basis — we only get paid when you get paid. Commission rates are discussed during your free consultation and are based on the type and volume of items being sold. There are no upfront fees.

Do you set reserve prices?

Reserve prices may be available on select high-value items. We’ll discuss this during your consultation. In most cases, no-reserve auctions generate the most buyer interest and competitive bidding.

When do I get paid?

Seller proceeds are typically paid within a few days after the auction closes and buyer payments have been collected. You’ll receive a full settlement report with a breakdown of every item sold.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in French Lick, Indiana and primarily serve Orange, Crawford, Martin, Dubois, and surrounding Southern Indiana counties. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

What items do you NOT accept?

We don’t accept items with no resale value — think broken or heavily damaged goods, items that are heavily soiled, or typical yard sale throw-aways. We focus on quality items that have genuine value to buyers. When in doubt, ask us!
